I wish to pass on something that improved my quality of life, and hopefully it will help you as well. 1. Get in touch with Mother Earth. No matter your age, take off your shoes and walk barefoot on the earth, climb a tree, touch the grass, walk along a beach, swim in a lake, find that connection once again. 2. Replenish the earth. The earth provides everything for us. It is only kindness and respect that we replenish her. Plant a tree, pick up litter, clean the water, grow a garden. If we care for her, the earth can provide more than enough for all! 3. Take responsibility. It is up to us to be the change in the world that we want to see. We cannot control others, but we can control ourselves, and be a good example to others. Be accountable for everything within your reach! 4. Stand up for what is right. There are many people who live in suffering, and are only waiting for our voice. Do no harm to others, but alleviate all suffering. 5. Speak only truth. Never lie. Always speak
